SHIPPING NOTE
The shipping cost shown at checkout reflects the standard shipping fee only. Please note that duties, import taxes, and local charges in the destination country are not included in the purchase price. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control; therefore, we are unable to predict or cover these charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. LANE JT is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once an order has been shipped or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified, even in the event of delivery delays caused by force majeure circumstances such as war, natural disasters or fires.
** If the recipient refuses the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, any fees incurred for returning the shipment (including duties, taxes, and return shipping charges) must be fully paid by the customer before a re-delivery can be arranged.
** If the shipping information provided does not match the recipient’s identification or required documentation, customs authorities in the destination country may reject the shipment and return it to the original dispatch point. In such cases, LANE JT will not be able to provide further assistance, and all related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Packages that are returned to the sender will be restocked. Customers will receive store credit in the form of Points, calculated after deducting the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch. LANE JT uses shipping services from reputable carriers and strictly follows their policies; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, carrier-related issues, or payment authorization failures.
