– Items must be returned in unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached and undamaged. We ask that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
– We highly recommend you to provide us with an unboxing video; or with photos of all items as It helps us to best review your return request.
– We can only accept exchanges once.
– We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
– LANE JT reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS?
– If you would like to exchange, you must notify LANE JT within 48 hours after successfully delivered (we will use the tracking number to verify the exact date).
– All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
– Please contact our Customer Service to initiate an exchange request.
– Once the exchange request has been approved, an exchange guideline will be informed to you.
– Customers please change to a model with the same price or higher price and do not change to a latest collection. For the excess amount when exchanging goods, after 7 days you cannot choose more products to exchange, LANE JT will not refund this amount.
– Customers who want to change the model/size, please pay the 2-ways shipping fee.
– We do not provide return shipping labels for exchanges returning back to LANE JT.
– International customers interested in exchange must cover return shipping costs. LANE JT is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
– We only accept exchange, non-refundable.
– Customize order can not exchanges or returns.
– Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
– We do not refund original shipping costs.
– We do not accept exchange requests with the sale price.
