PRODUCT TERMS
1. Product Availability
Product availability may change at any time and cannot be guaranteed. LANE JT does not guarantee that all products, sizes, or variations will always be in stock. In certain cases, items may be temporarily unavailable, awaiting restock, or offered on a backorder basis. LANE JT reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information and Description
LANE JT makes every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and information are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and certain product details displayed on screens may vary from the actual product due to differences in device displays, screen settings, or lighting conditions. Such variations are not considered product defects.
3. Pricing
All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of pricing errors, system errors, or other technical inaccuracies, LANE JT reserves the right to refuse, adjust, or cancel any affected orders. Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible should such situations occur.
4. Order Acceptance
Completion of payment does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order. LANE JT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment authorization issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other irregular situations.
5. Backorder / Pre-order Items
If a selected size is marked “Available on backorder” at checkout, it means the item is currently out of stock and pending restock or production. By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that additional processing time may be required. The estimated production or preparation period may take 10–15 days before the order is ready for shipment.
6. Sale Items
Items purchased from the SALE section may be subject to specific conditions. Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, SALE items are not eligible for return. Additionally, SALE promotions may not be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers unless otherwise stated by LANE JT.
7. Product Care and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the proper care and use of the products after delivery. LANE JT is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, inadequate care, or external factors occurring after the product has been successfully delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LANE JT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product.
