Wash&Care

  • Hand wash in cold water (under 30°C) for the first few uses, then dry clean thereafter
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not wring or twist when washing
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Turn the dress inside out before drying in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight
  • Upright clothes steam iron (taking care with the temperature of the steamer’s surface)
  • Store in a dry room (to control humidity levels)

Due to the fabric’s dyeing process, particularly with vibrant and bold colors, it’s possible that a slight stain may appear on your hands initially; however, it should easily wash off with soap and water. Please rest assured that after the first few hand washes with cold water (below 30°C), this issue will no longer occur, and the fabric will maintain its color for many uses thereafter.

  • EXCHANGE POLICY

    – Items must be returned in unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached and undamaged. We ask that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. – We highly recommend you to provide us with an unboxing video; or with photos of all items as It helps us to best review your return request. – We can only accept exchanges once. – We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots. – LANE JT reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

  • HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS?

    – If you would like to exchange, you must notify LANE JT within 48 hours after successfully delivered (we will use the tracking number to verify the exact date). – All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. – Please contact our Customer Service to initiate an exchange request. – Once the exchange request has been approved, an exchange guideline will be informed to you. – Customers please change to a model with the same price or higher price and do not change to a latest collection. For the excess amount when exchanging goods, after 7 days you cannot choose more products to exchange, LANE JT will not refund this amount. – Customers who want to change the model/size, please cover the 2-ways shipping fee.

  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    – We do not provide return shipping labels for exchanges returning back to LANE JT. – International customers interested in exchange must cover return shipping costs. LANE JT is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
