Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. – We highly recommend you to provide us with an unboxing video; or with photos of all items as It helps us to best review your return request. – We can only accept exchanges once. – We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots. – LANE JT reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

  • HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS?

    – If you would like to exchange, you must notify LANE JT within 48 hours after successfully delivered (we will use the tracking number to verify the exact date). – All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. – Please contact our Customer Service to initiate an exchange request. – Once the exchange request has been approved, an exchange guideline will be informed to you. – Customers please change to a model with the same price or higher price and do not change to a latest collection. For the excess amount when exchanging goods, after 7 days you cannot choose more products to exchange, LANE JT will not refund this amount. – Customers who want to change the model/size, please cover the 2-ways shipping fee.
